Deans of FEB UNIMAS and Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) formalising the partnership through the signing of the letter of intent/commitment.

Dean of FEB UNIMAS, Prof Dr Dayang Affizzah Awang Marikan with Dr Dwi Sapto Febriantaka (Wakil Rektor II Bidang Keuangan, Sumber Daya dan Pengembangan Usaha) showed the signing of the Academic Collaboration
Both universities discussed with a particular focus on the proposed establishment of offshore academic programme and a Dual/Double Degree Programme at Universitas Dian Nusantara. The discussion explored how these programmes could provide greater access and create new opportunities for students. It is expected to provide an opportunity for UNIMAS academic programmes to be offered in collaboration with UNDIRA. These will allow students in Indonesia to benefit from the academic expertise and learning experience of both institutions.
Another important area discussed was the establishment of a Dual/Double Degree Programme between FEB UNIMAS and UNDIRA. Through this initiative, students would have the opportunity to undertake an academic programme. Both universities also explored other potential areas of collaboration, including student and staff mobility, joint supervision of postgraduate students, collaborative research and publications, joint conferences, matching grants, credit transfer, APEL.Q, postgraduate opportunities, global classroom initiatives, and community outreach programmes.
The visit was extended to include a general lecture by FEB UNIMAS lecturers on “Publishing Excellence and Global Research Funding: A Roadmap to International Academic Success”. Associate Professor Dr. Jumadil Saputra shared his lecture on “Publish with confidence in a reputable International Journal”. The session provided practical guidance on academic publishing and encouraged academicians to develop confidence in publishing. The sharing session continued with Associate Professor Dr. Rosita binti Hamdan of “Building a Strong Research Culture among Early Career Lecturer”. The session discussed the importance of developing a strong mindset from the beginning of an academic career and training new academics to be the next successors
