In a noteworthy celebration of academic accomplishment, the International Conference on University Teaching and Learning (IUCEL) and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) recently recognised the contributions of 23 esteemed educators on the 27th of October 2023 at the Faculty of Computer Science & Information Technology Learning Space.

A total of 23 academics were honoured with the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) awards, showcasing their commitment to advancing teaching methods and creating innovative learning environments. Through their dedicated research, these recipients have significantly improved the teaching experience, contributing to transformative educational practices.

Professor Dr. Ahmad Hata bin Rasit, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & International), was present to present the awards to the recipients.

The IUCEL acknowledged the outstanding achievements of 9 recipients, each receiving 10 medals for their excellence in teaching and learning. These individuals not only demonstrated exceptional pedagogical skills but also led initiatives to revolutionise the educational landscape.

The event successfully achieved its primary objectives, fostering collaborative discussions among academicians from diverse backgrounds.
