KOTA SAMARAHAN, 21st June 2025 — Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) is pleased to announce the Erasmus+ Circular Living Lab activities, held as part of the Festival Kokurikulum UNIMAS 2025 – which carries Eco Hero Theme 2025. This collaborative initiative aims to raise awareness on sustainability, circular economy practices, and green innovation.

The Erasmus+ Circular Living Lab Activities Day feature a range of engaging programs, including interactive workshops, hands-on sustainability exhibits, and educational talks led by academics and industry partners. The event is designed to encourage students and the UNIMAS community to explore practical solutions for a more sustainable future.

By fostering dialogue and creativity, this program supports UNIMAS’ commitment to developing environmentally conscious graduates who can address real-world sustainability challenges.

UNIMAS involved 4,312 students, 334 staffs, and public including YB Datuk Fatimah member of Sarawak State Legislative to participate and to embrace sustainability. The Erasmus+ Circular Living Lab Activities Day reflects the university’s ongoing efforts to promote green innovation and responsible living in Sarawak and beyond.
