On 13 January 2025, the Civil Engineering Club of UNIMAS (CoCEUS), in collaboration with co-organizers SAFE and the Faculty of Engineering Club (FENG), brought smiles and support to Rumah Kanak-Kanak Datuk Ajibah Abol in Sri Aman, Sarawak, through their heartfelt program, Seeds of Tomorrow: Children’s Charity.
The program focused on providing essential supplies, with generous donations from students, lecturers, and their families. Participants also cleaned the facility and engaged with the children through activities such as aerobics, an interactive dance party, and the lively Five Fingers game. These initiatives not only lightened the children’s daily burdens but also enhanced their quality of life by creating a joyful and supportive environment.
With 32 committee members from CoCEUS and SAFE actively participating, the program served as a platform to foster social responsibility, strengthen team spirit, and promote continuous community engagement. The event fostered empathy and strengthened ties between UNIMAS and the local community, proving that small efforts can make a big difference.
