The 1st Natural Science and Technology Conference 2023 (NaSTeC 2023) will be organized in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Faculty of Resource Science and Technology (FRST), Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), from 4th to 6th October 2023. The conference will take place in the picturesque backdrop of the Waterfront Hotel in Kuching.
With the theme “Sustaining Biodiversity Across Cultures & Research Through Science & Technology”, the conference will serve as a platform for local and international researchers, industries, as well as students to share the latest research findings related to various sciences fields. This extraordinary event is an international gathering of minds with more than 100 participants expected from local institutions, esteemed research agencies, and international delegates hailing from nations such as India, Indonesia, Japan, and Brunei, to exchange their cutting-edge research findings, share technological advancements, and discuss innovative methods for promoting sustainable development. World renown international speakers who will be making their presence include Prof Dr Gurumurthy Hegde, Prof Dr Christopher Gibbins, Prof Dr Hiroshi Ehara and Prof Dr Indraneil Das.
